All -Â
I have never reached out directly to our customer base. I have always viewed my
job as taking care of our employees, and if I did my job, they would in-turn take
care of you. Given the unprecedented times we find ourselves in, I thought it
was best for me to say this myself. We have enjoyed forty-two years of success
because of all of you. I thank you for that. My family thanks you for that.
And that is why when our communities face a crises like this one it is
our job to be there for all of you. We are taking extraordinary measures to
protect the health and safety of our employees but we will remain open. We will
remain open because our people feel they owe it to you as well. We realize that
you still need to get to work. Still need to get to the grocery store. Get to
the doctor and the pharmacist. We want you to know that we are here for you if
you have any issues with your vehicle. For our municipal customers, we know
that now more than ever your police cars, ambulances and fire trucks need to be
in the best possible working order. Therefore to safe guard the health and
safety of all of us yet still fulfill our obligation to you, for the duration
of this crises we will be offering free pick up and delivery for all service
appointments free of charge - call us up at 866-FORD-247 or directly to your
local Liberty store, make an appointment, leave your car in the driveway and we
will handle the rest. We want to be as loyal to all of you as you have been to
us.
We will get through this, and come out the other side stronger. Together.
